R11,C11 can be used to emulate a pushbutton press when a device is plugged into the USB port. This functionality is very dependent the cable and user device characteristics. I don’t recommend using this unless you have full control of what gets plugged in. You can remove R11 and C11 from your design.
R12, C13 can be used to emulate a pushbutton press when a device is plugged into the USB port. This functionality is even more dependent the cable and user device characteristics. I don’t recommend using this unless you have full control of both the cable AND what gets plugged in. You can remove R12 and C13 from your design.
Connect USB-C power pins to the ACT2801 output. Connect ground pins to ground.
Resistor termination network values depend on what protocol you want to implement. You must decide on your required protocol and populate accordingly.
You must make the PB voltage meet the DS guaranteed high and low voltage levels for consistent, reliable operation.
