Drones and remote-control (RC) systems are very high-speed and compact systems that can be difficult to implement efficiently. The Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) in a drone has high RPM requirements, and fast speed changes in order to operate successfully. As the ESC and camera gimbal motors move to BLDC, it can be challenging to implement the required electronic control is a small, efficient manner.
