Active-Semi International Names Larry Blackledge, Former Texas Instruments Inc. Analog VP and General Manager, as CEO

Before joining Active-Semi, Mr. Blackledge spent over 20 years with Texas Instruments in managerial positions, including a five-year tenure in Asia and as Vice President and General Manager of TI's Custom Mixed Signal & Analog Semiconductor Business Unit.
